How To Get Your Site Discovered by Search Engines & Get Automatic Traffic To Your Real Estate Website

Written on by Founder

One of the most frequent questions I receive from my subscribers and students is:  “My real estate website does not  get indexed.  It’s not on Google, Yahoo or any other search engine. What do I need to do, who do I have to pay to get my site indexed on Google?”

Well, let me show you how you can do that in 5 minutes flat and guess what, you won’t have to pay anything.  This little trick will allow your real estate website to get index on Google and dozen of other powerful authority websites including Technorati, Yahoo, Syndic8 and Feedburner.

All you have to do is watch this short video, leave your comments in the section below and take action.  I promise it won’t take you long to do this step.  Let me be clear on something though.  This isn’t a cure for all.  There are more strategies that will help your real estate marketing campaign become more successful.  However, this is a good start and it is extremely easy to do.

Oh, if you have a wordpress blog, then you can use a plugin called “Maxblogpress Ping Optimizer” to automate this task.

Now, watch the video.

Well, what do you think?  How easy is that, right?  What I need you to do now it take action and do this small step.  Find your feed and submit it to different rss readers.

To Your Success,

Peter Kolat

    Great post as usual Peter.

My question is, how often are you going back to PingOMatic to submit the same site?

Does once do the trick, or do you need to do it after each blog post?

Also, aren’t there any wordpress plugins that can do this for me automatically?

    Hey Justin,

Yeah, you don’t want to do it too often. I would actually ping the specific post rather than your entire blog.

As far as using a wordpress plugin, yes I do use one and recommend it to people. You can use Maxblogpress Ping Optimizer plugin. Just head over to your plugin section of your admin panel, search by keyword and type that in. It will come up for you.

Plus, my members get my Plugin Arsenal where I give them, I think over 130 different rss directories that can use. Let me know if you have anymore questions.

So if I already have Max Blog’s Ping Optimizer installed, I don’t have to do what you described above?

@Justin Lee – Right on Justin. If you already have that plugin installed, you don’t have to use pingomatic. Just make sure that you have the right rss directories inside the plugin.

Anchor text is the actual text that makes a hyperlink.

    Hi there,

You don’t need an anchor text to make a hyperlink. However, having the hyperlink with an anchor text will greatly improve your ranking as oppose to having just a regular link. I hope that helps.

I use to automate my blog posting. I can write one article and submit it to all my blogs with one click. Them you can submit those RSS feeds from your blog to feeders, drastically speeding up the process.

Once again, great information Peter! I had a question on this though, what if you are using a squeeze page to offer a free report but don’t have a blog attached to the pages. How do you use SEO to get the page indexed?

    @Tom@Knoxville Investor Deals

    Hey Tom,

I hope I understand your question correctly. Let me try to answer it for you. You don’t need to have a blog in order to get your squeeze page indexed in search engines. That’s not the point of the blog.

The main reason for a blog is to get more exposure, build long, win-win and lasting relationship with your audience and have this community with them where they can talk to you and you can help them. Just like we are doing right now.

As far as getting indexed, there are several easy ways to get your website indexed in the search engines. One way is to create a posting or a profile on a high social media website and link back to your page. If that site allows robots to follow their links, Google can crawl that link soon and follow it to your site.
