What a informative post. When writing articles, should you use quotes from other people? As to better quantify your article.
Informative thanks Peter, so many people focus on the short keywords and do not use the long-tail method. So much business can be found this way, and we are seeing the results too! thanks again!
@Adam@Lead generation – @James Ward –
Anytime James and Adam. I’m glad you guys like the podcast.
James, you can use quotes from other people but make sure that you have their permission and give them proper credit. Using quotes/testimonials from other will help you with your credibility.

I think this is what they call entering the conversation within a person’s mind.
Here’s another tip: If you find a long-tail keyword with a good amount of search monthly, you can buy a cheap domain and make a blog out of it to make it rank first for that long tail keyword. This is easier to do because you will get a domain with the same exact keyword. Like howtosellhouseintexas.com. Google would more likely rank it first for that keyword compared to this site for example.
Thanks for the real estate information. In this real estate market we all need all the ideas and help we can get.
Peter,
Thanks a lot. You always give tips to help out others on getting directly what they need. I kind of found this tip to be true when I noticed the search words that people use on search engines. Google Analytic showed me the terms. Also, when I post on sites, I try to make sure to use words that will direct search engines to those pages. Lastly, links from that page to my website.
