
You see, while I like playing golf, I’m not a regular golfer. I don’t play very often. In fact, last time I played golf was over a year ago. Therefore, when I was golfing on Saturday, most of my holes were either 1 or 2 shots over par. (I think that’s called bogey and double bogey).
One of the people that I was golfing with was my future brother-in-law. He plays a lot more and is pretty good at it. He was giving me some really good pointers. If you are a golfer then you know how much strategy, skill, mechanics, concentration and focus goes into a successful game of golf.
However, if you are not a golfer, then let me share something with you. When you want to take a shot down the fairway, not only do you have to worry about hitting the ball, but you have to worry about:
- The type of club you are going to use
- Your stance
- The position of your head
- the position of your legs, arms, hands, club…
- the actual swing
- the follow-through on that swing
- You have to be 100% focused on that shot, you can’t have any distractions
- You have to plan out your entire hole in advance and adjust your strategy as you move down the fairway
- and whole lot more…
Now, if you miss or not give 100% of yourself to any of the above listed items, your game of golf will suffer. Plus, there is the actual skill
So what am I trying to say here?
How is golf going to help your real estate business?
You see, when it comes to the real estate business, or any business for that matter, not only do you need to know the mechanics, strategies and systems but you have to be able to use them on a continual basis. You have to keep improving your systems and strategies. You have to adjust your game plan as you grow your business. You have to concentrate and focus on your business. If you don’t, your business will suffer and even fail.
One of those systems that you need to be very good at is your marketing system. I strongly believe that every real estate investor needs to be a marketer. Why? Because if you don’t, your business will have a really hard time growing. That’s why I write on this blog and share the strategies with my subscribers and students.

Real Estate business is really very hard. Searching new lands is really an exhausting times taking work. It becomes really fruitful after the search has gained great results and even better when that property gets sold at a very good price. There are people that work on selling real estates as a part-time business.
