Pete, you certainly stay on top of the game when it comes to Social Media Network. The more and more I keep visiting your blog, the more I connect the ‘Black Book’ termiology you named your website. There’s no doubt in my mind you will be recognized among the top 10 worldwide within the social media community. I commend you once again in not only the knowledge and information you share with your subscriber, but on your willingness to continue sharing this information free of charge for the benefit of everyone else. The reason of doing so, as you had stated in your email referring to ‘why do it for free’, is because the real pay off will come from generating many more subscribers. So you are paying your dues at the very door entrance of what’s yet to be your greatest accomplisment in the Social Media World. Congratulations! On you continuing success and well deserved acknowledgement on my behalf. Thank You!
Thanks for the heads up. Great info to know and totally brand new to me!
I appreciate it!
Thank you Freddie. Once again, your comment is exceptional. It’s subscribers like you who make this possible. If it wasn’t for my subscribers, my business wouldn’t be where it is today.
To Your Success,
Peter Kolat
Anytime Kaye. Great to see a comment from you here. Keep coming back because I have a lot more info in store for you.

This concept really is great. Most mom and pop realtors have a real aversion to using social media though and they rarely use the relationship and social skills they have developed over the years in their online communications.
Its not always about having huge traffic and follower numbers but more importantly success comes from trust, consistency and rapport.
lots of traffic and sneaky leverage tricks to get seo placement doesent translate into good results or sales if you dont have anything worthy of saying in the message.
Im keeping an eye on this social search in Google.
sometimes the beta experiment is available and sometimes its ” no longer available”
thanks and take care
Thanks Peter You have a great mind for figuring out whar works online. I intend to put this to work for my real estate investing business
Building your network on the reputations of others should help you build your business quickly…..Great!
Good content Peter! I read this news earlier on Mashable; anyways it seems Google gets the information of those connect to us on Social Media websites through our Google Profile account. So the more information you give them on your Google Profile account the more searches that will be displayed. If you do not one, type “Google Profile” in your favorite search engine and create your profile. I think updating it with your Youtube, Twitter, FaceBook and LinkedIn account information will be fine enough. It might take some time for it to take effect in your searches on Google.
The benefit of this is that you can get to see what people connect to you are talking about concerning the topic you are interested in or have expertise in.
That’s a great point Al. When you associate yourself with others who are respected in your market, industry, it can really help your business. Plus, if you associate yourself with an authority, it will help you become an authority in your market.
Thanks for a great comment.

I think this particular feature is going to stick within Google. The reason why I say that is because after watching what Google is doing with Social media, it astounds me at the power they have within them.
Think about it for a second: Google Wave which I think will explode around the internet, Youtube which is the biggest video sharing engine, gmail which is one of the biggest email providers and not to mention all of their other services they have, will make them unstoppable.
And don’t forget that they are the biggest search engine in the world. I can’t wait to see what happens.
Thanks for a great comment by the way.

Google seems to have a Giant footprint on internet marketing. We will have to watch this closely so we don’t lose out.
Definitely if your goal is to have more people to visit your site you need to be on the first page of search engines, specifically google.
I want to thank the blogger very much not only for this post but also for his all previous efforts. I found realestateblackbook.com to be very interesting. I will be coming back to realestateblackbook.com for more information.

By the way, I’ll take Okocim (Polish beer) however if you can’t swing that, I’ll go with either Labatt’s or a Corona

I am trying to understand how to market online hard money loans and real estate investing, this is definitely an eye opener for me, thanks.
Seo is also a big benefit with social media if you understand search engine optimization so i wonder if you can also seo twitter as you can with other social media sites.
@edwin –
Thanks for the comment Edwin. Twitter is great for SEO purposes. In fact, you can leverage twitter to help you own site’s search engine rankings. Good luck.

Peter, great article. Social media is definitely becoming more and more powerful (specially with facebook getting more visitors than google). It is certainly a great way to interact with clients and show a side to your personality that may otherwise not be easily shown. I have incorporated twitter/facebook/linkedin to my SEO efforts, although my site is still new and waiting to reap the benefits.
@Maui Realtor –
Hi there,
Thanks for your comment. Keep it up and keep going with using Facebook, Twitter and Linked in. Most importantly, provide real value to the community there and help others. Don’t stop and sooner or later you will cross the line and will see the great results you are striving for.
Don’t give up. I see so many people give up just before the end of the tunnel. Let me know if you have any other questions.
To Your Success,
Peter Kolat
