Written on by Founder

Hi everyone,

Have I got a video for you today!  Woow.  When I first discovered this new feature, my head was spinning with excitement and coming up with ideas like crazy.  Here’s the best part:  Google is BETA TESTING this new feature so you are one of the first people who knows about this.  This is just so cool.

You know how I keep telling you to use social media marketing for your internet real estate business?  You know how I keep telling you to write relevant content on your website?  Well, there is a reason, a big reason.

Watch this short video.  It will reveal to you how you can get on the first page of Google for a very competitive term.  Here’s the best part:

People who are going to see your listing on the 1st page of Google will be HIGHLY TARGETED!  That is if you are doing your real estate social media the right way. I’ll explain everything in the video.  So, stop reading this post and watch the video.  After you are done watching, make sure to leave a comment below because I love reading comments from you and getting feedback.  When I get a lot of comments, I get more motivated to post more strategies :)

Now, go tell your friends.  Believe me, they’ll love you for it.  If you are thinking that they’ll be your competition, think again.

To Your Success,

Peter Kolat

This concept really is great. Most mom and pop realtors have a real aversion to using social media though and they rarely use the relationship and social skills they have developed over the years in their online communications.
Its not always about having huge traffic and follower numbers but more importantly success comes from trust, consistency and rapport.
lots of traffic and sneaky leverage tricks to get seo placement doesent translate into good results or sales if you dont have anything worthy of saying in the message.

Im keeping an eye on this social search in Google.
sometimes the beta experiment is available and sometimes its ” no longer available”
    thanks and take care
